First Universalist Society of Franklin Presents

Gathering In

A virtual exhibit by artist Susan Irish

Gathering In.jpeg

I so wanted to be in Franklin to share my art with my former spiritual home. This virtual experience is a small substitute to introduce you to my paintings. I curated this show to highlight some of my work inspired by themes of diversity. Though I haven’t found a place even close to FUSF since moving to Charleston, South Carolina,

I think you will see evidence that

the guiding principles are still with me

and that I am trying to carry the flame.

How to view the virtual galleries: Click on the link then choose a gallery. Give it a chance to load. Then click enter. You can navigate all about using the arrow keys on your keyboard, and there is an instructions menu with options. I like to stand in the middle and twirl in a circle then zoom toward something that catches my eye. There are information tags like a real gallery plus you can get to the website to see the piece there in a larger view. If you’re having trouble navigating the virtual exhibit, head back to this page and scroll to view the information for each piece. You can click on each item to learn more or purchase.

If you see something elsewhere on my website that you prefer but isn’t in the virtual show, just let me know. A portion of any sale will be shared with the First Universalist Society of Franklin.
